7 Source Type: Journal Article Cues

It can be a bit confusing figuring out what type of source you have. To help, we will go through some examples of source types and clues to look for.

Journal articles present current research, expert analysis, and up-to-date information on specific topics. Often peer-reviewed, academic journal articles go through a rigorous evaluation process, which helps ensure their credibility and scholarly quality.
