- Check the Power Engineering Codes to make sure ours are up to date. The faculty has specifically requested that we have all the Power Engineering Code books housed in the library (Reference) – Pan Global Publishing
- Contact faculty and students for requests
- Check old editions of works to see if any can be replaced
Tips:
- Do not purchase e-books that have a usage cap (expire after so many uses) -Streaming video requests go to the Electronic Resources Librarian
- Check availability of online videos through Films on Demand- check the selection to check if the title is available streaming through one of our video databases
- Check Course Materials Lists to make sure you aren’t purchasing required texts (we can only have one copy of the required text as a reserve item in our collection)
